IEMT Session 2 hour

Service Description

Integral eye movement therapy session, for one hour with Georgina. Identifying the thoughts, feelings and emotions that you are currently struggling with, finding where that started. Then completing the eye movements with these visual memories, this will detach the feelings from that memory, resulting in you no longer being able to experience that feeling. These longer sessions can allow plenty of time for us to work through things. Appointments offered in the comfort of your own home or a local suitable hired facility with a therapy room.
